All competitor pricing on this page was read from each vendor's own pricing page on August 4, 2026, in US dollars. Software pricing changes without notice — check the vendor's site before making a decision. Where a company does not publish a number, this page says so rather than guessing.
Search for Jobber's price and you will find articles quoting $49, $39, $29, $169 and $199 — all for what sounds like the same thing. None of them is necessarily wrong. Jobber's pricing page has two selectors: how many people are on your team, and whether you pay monthly, commit to a year, or prepay annually. Most articles quote one combination and do not mention the other eight.

The seat rule that catches people out
Jobber's own definition is worth quoting: a user is "anyone who accesses your account at the office or in the field to view or manage the team's schedule."
That includes the person doing your books, your spouse checking tomorrow's schedule, and a part-time helper. Additional users are $29/month each. So a two-person operation on Core is not $29/month — Core cannot hold two people at all. You move to Connect, where one user is $99/month billed annually, and a second seat brings you to $128.
What lands on top of the subscription
- Card payments: 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. On $8,000 of monthly card revenue that is roughly $232 — considerably more than the subscription itself.
- Bank/ACH payments: 1%.
- Tap to Pay: 2.7% + 30¢.
- Add-ons, from Jobber's own page: Marketing Suite $79/mo, Pipeline $49/mo, Receptionist $29/mo. (Some third-party articles quote $99 for Receptionist; the vendor page says $29.)
Jobber states there are no setup fees or monthly charges for the payments product itself, and no long-term contract is required.
Realistic yearly totals
| Situation | Plan | Subscription/yr | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo, prepaid year | Core, 1 user | $348 | Cheapest genuine Jobber entry |
| Solo, month to month | Core, 1 user | $588 | No commitment |
| Two people, prepaid | Connect, 1 user + 1 seat | $1,536 | $99/mo + $29/mo seat |
| Five people, prepaid | Connect, 5 seats | $1,788 | Bundled 5-seat rate |

Is it worth it?
For a company with staff, frequently yes. Jobber's onboarding is the best in the category, the client-facing experience — online booking, the client hub, automated follow-ups — is something most small operators could not build themselves, and having quoting, scheduling, invoicing and payments in one place removes real friction.
The most consistent complaint in third-party reviews is not that the product is bad; it is that the bill compounds as the team grows, along with reporting and export limits and occasional accounting-sync trouble.
If you are a single operator whose needs are "what am I doing tomorrow, what does this client need, and did they pay me", $348 to $588 a year buys a lot of capability you will not open. That is the gap this app was built for: MyKlient is free for 5 clients and $4.99/month for 20 — but it is Android-only, it does not process cards, and it has no online booking. Common questions
How much does Jobber cost per month?
Jobber's Core plan is $49/month with no commitment, $39/month on a one-year commitment, or $29/month billed annually — for a single user. Connect starts at $139/month and Grow at $199/month for one user, both with no commitment. Prices read from Jobber's pricing page on August 4, 2026, in USD.
How much does Jobber charge per extra user?
$29 per user per month. Jobber defines a user as anyone who accesses the account at the office or in the field to view or manage the schedule, so administrative staff count toward your seat total, not just field crew.
Does Jobber charge payment processing fees?
If you use Jobber Payments, card transactions are 2.9% + 30¢, bank/ACH payments are 1%, and Tap to Pay is 2.7% + 30¢. Jobber states there are no setup fees or monthly charges for the payments product itself.
Does Jobber require a contract?
No. Jobber's FAQ states it does not require commitments or long-term contracts. The one-year and annual-prepaid rates are discounts you can opt into, and the no-commitment monthly option is genuinely available at a higher price.
