Who builds it
MyKlient is built by Wojciech Radzikowski, trading as Wojo Labs, in Ontario, Canada. One person writes the code, answers the support email, and decides what ships next. There is no support queue between you and the developer — when you email MyKlient, you reach the person who builds it.
Why it exists
Most field-service software is designed for companies that have an office. It assumes a dispatcher, a back office, and a per-seat budget to match — and it prices accordingly, often before you have added a single client. Solo operators and two-person crews end up paying for coordination features they will never open, or running the whole business out of a phone's calendar app and a shoebox of receipts.
MyKlient is the other option: the scheduling, client records, invoicing, and client texting that a small operator actually uses, on the phone that is already in their pocket, at a price that makes sense for one person.
What we believe
- No ads, ever. Not on the free plan, not on any plan. Your clients see a professional app, not somebody else's promotion.
- Your data is yours. Export your clients, invoices, visits, and mileage to CSV whenever you want. Delete your account and everything associated with it from inside the app.
- Permissions are opt-in. The app asks for what a feature needs, when you use that feature — not everything up front.
- Sensitive details stay protected. Client access information like gate and alarm codes is encrypted at rest; traffic is encrypted in transit.
- We don't sell data. There is no advertising business behind this app, so there is no reason to collect more than the app needs to work.
Where things stand
MyKlient is on Android today, available on Google Play. An iOS version is in active development. The app runs in English, Spanish, and French, and new features ship over the air — no reinstalling, no waiting on app-store review to get a fix.
It comes pre-loaded for 18 trades — cleaning, landscaping, pool service, pet care, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman work, auto detailing, window cleaning, snow removal, weddings, events, catering, DJing, personal assisting, and a general option for everything else — each with its own starter service types and visit checklists you can rename to match how you actually work.
How it's paid for
By subscriptions, and nothing else. The Free plan covers up to 5 clients with every feature included. Starter is $4.99/month for up to 20 clients, and Pro is $14.99/month for unlimited clients and team logins. Annual billing saves about 27%, and you can cancel any time from your account settings.
